Conséquence :

Diminution d’environ un tiers de l’exposition à l’atazanavir chez le patient en cas d’association au ténofovir, comparativement au sujet sain recevant la même association.

Conseil :

A prendre en compte

Ne pas administrer l’atazanavir avec le ténofovir sans ritonavir.
